Terms & Conditions
- POLYGON RIDE PROTECT is applicable only for the purchase of bike models valued above RM1,999 in a single receipt.
- Bikes/frames sold after 1st June 2023 are only eligible for POLYGON RIDE PROTECT at selected participating bike shops.
- Only bikes/frames purchased from authorised Polygon dealers/shops/online stores in Malaysia (supported by official invoice/receipt/warranty card) qualify.
- Only registered bikes covered under POLYGON RIDE PROTECT are eligible for future claims.
- Registration must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase, along with proof of purchase.
- The POLYGON RIDE PROTECT coverage is non-transferable to subsequent owners.
- Polygon Bikes Malaysia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
